Château Henri Bonnaud is located in the heart of the Palette appellation, in the commune of Tholonet. Located to the south-east of Aix-en-Provence, the Estate benefits from a remarkable panoramic site, from where you can admire the Montagne Sainte-Victoire.

The Château produces 3 Appellations: AOC Palette, AOC Côtes de Provence and AOC Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, supplemented by a Mediterranean IGP. Converted to Organic Farming since 2010, the vineyard covers around thirty hectares, including 14 ha in AOC Palette.

Stéphane Spitzglous is passionate, self-taught. In 2010, he chose organic farming and organic winemaking in 2012, out of deep conviction. He works with respect for our environment.
He uses no chemical fertilizers or weedkillers.
