Our prestige cuvée was created in 2006. The grapes are hand-picked. A ”Micro-cuvée” produce in : White, Rosé and Red. The White and the Rosé are matured in oak barrels for 8 months, the Red for 18 months.

The balance and the complexity of white and red wines are essential for making wines with ageing potential.

In 2004, Stéphane vinified his first wine in tribute to his grandfather. The grapes were hand-picked. The Rosé and the White are matured for 8 months ; the Red is aged for 18 months in oak (barrels & big casks).

Its characteristics make it an ideal red wines for fine dining.

Our Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire is a silver rosé with a light salmon pink color. The aromatic profile comes gently with lovely mineral flavors and red berries notes. The mouthfeel is full and fresh with a long aftertaste.

The wines of the « Terre Promise » line are from different terroirs. These are pleasure wines and aromatic to be enjoyed in their youth. The White & Rosé noses are complex, letting out a delicate floral aromas; in the reds, the nose is marked by notes of red fruits.
